They love to take your money but if want a refund you have to go trough 1 million lines of text to find it, and when I wrote them they just brushed it off Money grabbing company. Awful site and even worse customer service Nothing worked and allowed my son to spend ! Complete scammers. The way they "hide" the key and dont allow me access to it again, makes me believe that it is their strategy to resell the key after some time. Later I wanted to login and retrieve the key, but they told me my account was locked due to fraud and despite creating multiple request and providing them all the proof the requested, they made a decision that I was a fraud and will not unblock my account and not give me my key. I bought a game from them, and got the key. Contacted seller and g2a but no answer, not good service. I bought a key and when I got it, it said it has already been used. Attempting to get refund through Credit Card company. Unable to get a refund without notarized police report. Key received was not what was advertised. G2A support ignores problem like i have anything to do white that. Steam revoke my key after few days because key was stolen from somewhere.
